We are Maryana Ivaniv and Andrea Marín Giménez, students from the University of Alcalá, situated in the community of Madrid, Spain. 

 

Interested in the subject of International Law that we were teached in this first four-month period of our second academic year, decided to expand our knowledge in international issues such as the European Union. In this worldwide known organization, one of the most relevant organs for us is the European Central Bank.

After exploring different information sources, we came across with the idea of explaining this organ from the mind of a current person. That's to say, explaining this issue with simple vocabulary perfectly understandable for everybody's percepcion, accelerating the internalization of concepts and reading comprehension. 

 

All this brought us to the commence of this blog, where we try to explain this organ from the simplicity. That is why our project "ECB for beginners" could be useful for almost everyone interested on the issue.
